ran out of my cold brew so i used some instant coffee. dissolved it in room temperature water then added ice, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice flavored oatmilk because im gayer in the fall than even pride month itself. it turned out a bit strong so i topped it off with some plain oatmilk. 8.5/10 :)

still out of cold brew, i havent had time to grind my coffee beans yet. so more instant coffee today! i put that in a jar with a pinch of salt, chocolate syrup, some sweetener, oatmilk, water and ice. pro tip that i heard online: the pinch of salt evens out some of the added bitterness from the instant coffee. not sure if it makes a difference, but why not? 8/10

it is officially fall so im back at it again with the pumpkin spice flavored oatmilk. i added a little bit of creamer too (being honest the flavored oatmilk was kind of weak) a little bit of maple and then plenty of coldbrew. my head is hurting today and i have a lot to do so im going to need the caffiene. turned out a little weaker than i prefer, i think im going to add even more coffee. 7/10

today i wanted something different. i have been going between slight variations on mochas and pumpkin spice lattes. so i took a jar with a lid, put cinnamon, a little bit of instant coffee, some maple, cold brew and oatmilk. i added around 6 ice cubes, put the lid on the jar and shook for 1-2 mins. these are always fun to make and you end up with a cool texture. 8.5/10
